It depends on your plans. Simple setups with just a built-in grill need no utilities. Full kitchens with sinks, refrigerators, or lighting require electrical and plumbing rough-in. We coordinate with licensed electricians and plumbers to make sure everything is done right.
Our fire pits are built to last through tropical rain, salt air, and intense sun. We use specialized materials and construction techniques that prevent cracking and deterioration. Gas fire pits are particularly low-maintenance.
Simple fire pits take 3-5 days. Complete outdoor kitchens with multiple features take 2-4 weeks. Complex projects with pools, pergolas, and full entertainment areas may take 4-8 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.
