Payment Structure
For all masonry projects, we require a deposit to secure your project date and reserve our crew and materials. The standard payment structure is:
- Deposit: 50% of the total project cost due upon contract signing
- Final Payment: 50% due upon project completion, before work begins
Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Project cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled start date
- Failure to provide access to the job site on the agreed start date
- Change of mind after materials have been ordered
- Client-requested changes that significantly alter the project scope
The deposit secures your project date, reserves crew availability, and covers material orders. Once these resources are allocated, they cannot be recovered.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project:
- More than 7 days before start date: Deposit can be applied to a future project within 12 months
- 3-7 days before start date: 50% of deposit may be credited to a future project
- Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is non-refundable
Project Completion Refunds
Once the project is complete and you have approved the work, no refunds are available. We encourage all clients to thoroughly inspect completed work and address any concerns before final payment.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship with a one-year warranty on all labor. If you experience issues related to our craftsmanship within one year of completion, we will return to assess and repair at no additional cost. This is not a monetary refund but a commitment to making it right.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about completed work:
- Contact us within 14 days of project completion
- We will schedule a site visit to assess concerns
- If we determine the issue is our responsibility, we will repair at no cost
- Resolution options include repair, credit toward future work, or other mutually agreed solutions
Material Returns
Special-order materials cannot be returned or refunded. Standard materials may be returnable for credit (not cash refund) within 30 days of purchase, subject to restocking fees.
Insurance and Damage Claims
If damage occurs during construction that is our responsibility, we will repair the damage at no cost. We are fully insured, and any liability claims will be handled through our insurance provider.
