Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kauai Builders Ltd website and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Kauai Builders Ltd provides professional masonry and construction services including residential brickwork, commercial projects, outdoor living spaces, repairs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and specific project requirements.
Estimates and Quotes
Free on-site estimates are provided for projects within our service area. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All prices are subject to change after the quote expiration. Final pricing may vary based on project conditions discovered during construction.
Payment Terms
For most projects, we require a 50% deposit to schedule work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $50 administrative fee. Deposits are non-refundable for projects cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled start date.
Project Timeline
Estimated completion dates are provided as approximations. We strive to complete all projects on schedule but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Warranty
We warranty our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in our craft but does not cover damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or client modifications. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Kauai Builders Ltd's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Kauai Builders Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kauai County, Hawaii.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
